Dr. Moideen Nafseer Padhoor leads urological and laparoscopic surgical care at Mangala Hospital as Director of the Mangala Kidney Foundation, the hospital's dedicated programme for kidney and urinary tract disease. Under his leadership, the Foundation has built a track record of introducing minimally invasive stone-treatment technology years ahead of comparable centres in the region — including Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy and flexible ureteroscopy — and pioneered renal transplant services in the private sector locally.
His clinical focus spans the full range of urological care: uretero-renoscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL), Ho:YAG laser lithotripsy, flexible ureteroscopy, renal transplantation, endoscopic stone removal, and treatment of male reproductive health conditions including erectile dysfunction and penile implants.
